Tension between occupational groups in tech teams can be creative or destructive. Conflict based on distrust and poor communication impacts productivity and makes life miserable.
This workshop will give you insight and skills that you can use to maintain better working relationships with people from different occupational groups in tech teams.
This workshop often addresses communication between technical, creative and business people. It can be adapted to work with any occupational groups.
Like all my workshops, this one is highly interactive. Participants will meet a lot of people, co-investigate with them and have a lot of fun.
